1. Data controller

2. What data we handle

Only the data you give us:

• Through the contact form: your name, phone number, email, the service and area you select, and your message.
• If you message us on WhatsApp, call or email us: your contact details and anything you share, including photos you send for a quote (of a sofa or mattress, for example).
• If you book us: the details needed to provide and invoice the service, such as the property address and, where applicable, your billing details.

3. Why we use it and our legal basis

• Replying to your enquiry and sending a quote: based on your consent, given by ticking the box on the form or by contacting us (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and as a pre-contractual step at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Providing the service you book: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Invoicing and meeting tax and accounting obligations: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to reply to you and follow up on your quote. If you don’t book, we delete it once it’s no longer needed for that purpose, or sooner if you ask us to.

If you book us, we keep your data for as long as we work together and then for the periods required by law (for example, tax and commercial regulations).

5. Who we share it with

We never sell or pass your data on to third parties, except where required by law. To operate, we rely on a few providers who may process data on our behalf:

• Web3Forms, which receives the website form and forwards it to us by email.
• Google (Gmail), our email provider.
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to contact us that way.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website.

6. International transfers

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, they do so with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as European Commission adequacy decisions (for example, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing holalimpio.com@gmail.com. We’ll reply within one month at the latest.

If you believe we haven’t handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Cookies

This website doesn’t use cookies or any analytics or advertising tools. Nor does it load third-party content that sets them: fonts and images are served from our own domain.

9. Security and changes

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, and the website always runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

We may update this policy if the way we handle data changes. Any change will be published here with its update date.
