Hotel & Aparthotel Cleaning in Jerez and the Bay of Cádiz
In a small property every room counts and the gap between check-out and check-in is short. We get every room ready at each changeover, take care of the bed linen and towels, restock amenities and keep corridors and common areas clean, for a fixed monthly fee with no tie-in.

Rooms ready at every changeover
We work around your check-out and check-in times, including same-day changeovers. At every check-out we clean floors, surfaces, glass and mirrors, disinfect the bathroom, make the bed and restock what is needed, so the room is ready before the next guest arrives.
Bed linen and towels
If you need it, we take care of all the linen: we collect it, wash it and replace it at every changeover — sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. If your property already has its own laundry, we clean the rooms only. We make it clear in the quote.
Amenities, corridors and common areas
We restock amenities from the property’s own stock and keep corridors, stairs and common areas clean. And if a guest asks for a top-up of their room during the stay, we do that too.
A fixed monthly fee, no tie-in
We set a fixed monthly fee based on your rooms, occupancy and expected check-outs. If a month goes over, each extra changeover is invoiced separately at the agreed price. We work month to month, with a monthly VAT invoice, and you can cancel with 15 days’ notice. If something isn’t right, we come back and redo it.
Before opening
If you are about to open or start the season, we deep-clean and prepare every room and corridor, with the beds made. It is quoted separately as a one-off payment and does not include post-construction cleaning.

Questions about this service
Is laundry included?
It depends on what you need. We can take care of all the bed linen and towels — collecting, washing and replacing them at every changeover — or clean the rooms only if the property already has its own laundry. We make it clear in the quote.
How do you work out the monthly fee?
From the number and type of rooms, the expected occupancy and the number of check-outs per month, and whether it includes bed linen. With that we prepare a fixed monthly fee. We confirm the final price after visiting the property.
What happens if there are more check-outs than expected in a month?
The fee covers an agreed number of check-outs. If a month goes over, each extra changeover is invoiced separately at the price shown in the quote, with no surprises.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. We work month to month, with a monthly VAT invoice, and you can cancel with 15 days’ notice.
Do you do a deep clean before opening?
Yes. Before we start, or before the season opens, we can deep-clean every room and corridor and leave the beds made. It is quoted separately as a one-off payment. It does not include post-construction cleaning.
