Daily, weekly or in shifts
We work to your business’s rhythm: a daily clean for busy offices and premises, weekly or a few times a week for smaller practices, or in shifts if your business never stops. We agree the days, times and tasks for each visit with you.
During or outside your working hours
Most cleaning happens early in the morning, in the evening or at weekends: your team arrives to a clean workspace and your clients never see a cleaning trolley. If you need it, we also do top-ups during the day — toilets, staff kitchen and reception — without interrupting your work.
Protocols for your type of business
A clinic or beauty salon needs contact surfaces disinfected; a gym, changing rooms and floors; a shop, spotless windows. We adapt products and tasks to each business — in central Jerez, along Avenida Álvaro Domecq and on the business parks, as well as in El Puerto and Cádiz.
Monthly contract, invoices and confidentiality
We work on a monthly contract with no tie-in and a VAT invoice. If your business requires it — law firms, accountants or clinics — the assigned staff sign a confidentiality agreement.
A tailored quote
Every office is different, so we don’t quote without knowing the space. The price depends on the floor area, the number of toilets, the frequency and the schedule. If we need to see the space, we arrange a visit within 24–48 hours; otherwise a few photos are enough for a fixed written quote.

Will you sign a confidentiality agreement?
Yes. For law firms, clinics, accountants and similar businesses, the assigned staff sign an NDA.
Is there a minimum contract period?
No. Contracts run month to month and can be cancelled with 15 days’ notice.

Yes. From our base in Jerez we look after offices and business premises in El Puerto de Santa María, Cádiz, Puerto Real and Rota.
