It mainly depends on the size of the property, the number of bathrooms and any extras you add. As a guide, a deep clean of a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom flat (60–90 m²) is from €105 + VAT, and of a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat (90–120 m²) from €170 + VAT. A house or villa takes a little more work than a flat of the same size, and if the property is very dirty or hasn’t been cleaned for a long time, the price goes up by 25%. A deep clean covers everything in a regular clean in much more detail: doors, frames and switches one by one, kitchen and bathroom tiles and grout, limescale on taps, shower screens and sanitaryware, and corners and the areas behind furniture that can be moved. Yes, always. All our prices include cleaning products and professional equipment, so you don’t need to buy or prepare anything before we arrive. We bring professional vacuums and mops, specific products for kitchens, bathrooms, glass and floors, and disinfectant for the bathrooms. For sofas, mattresses and upholstery we use injection-extraction machines and products that are safe for homes with children and pets. If you’d rather we used your own products, for example because of an allergy or a delicate floor that needs a particular cleaner, just tell us when you book and we’ll use them; the price stays the same. All we need from you is access to the property, water and electricity. Some jobs aren’t part of a standard clean and can be added as extras at a fixed price: inside the oven (€20), inside the fridge (€15), inside the kitchen cupboards (€20), the terrace or balcony (€15), windows (€6 each) or blinds (€10 each). For example, a one-off regular clean of a 60–90 m² flat with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in Jerez is from €55 + VAT, which comes to about €70 including VAT. The calculator gives you a range rather than a fixed figure because every home is different: the state of the kitchen and bathrooms, the amount of furniture or whether there are pets all change the work involved. The range already includes travel if you live outside Jerez and the parking supplement where it applies, so there are no hidden costs. Before we start we confirm the final price on WhatsApp, usually after seeing a few photos, and that’s the price you pay: no surprises at the end. We issue VAT invoices to individuals, businesses and residents’ associations, and we can send yours in English if you need it.

For large houses, deep cleans or jobs with lots of extras we send 2, 3 or up to 4 people so we finish sooner and disturb you as little as possible. The number of cleaners doesn’t change the price: you pay for the whole job, not per person, so a bigger team simply means we’re done earlier. If you book a regular weekly, fortnightly or monthly service, we try to send the same trusted cleaner every time, someone who already knows your home and how you like it left. All our staff are insured and work with the company’s own products and equipment. If you need the clean finished by a particular time, for example before guests check in or before handing back the keys to a rented flat, mention it in your message and we’ll plan the team around it.
