There are three plans. Cleaning & linen has no commission: you pay for each turnover clean, from €45 + VAT. Management is 15% of bookings and Full service 20%, plus the cleaning at each changeover. No tie-in and no setup fee.

Cleaning price per changeover
It’s the same fixed price as our holiday rental cleaning, depending on the size of the property. It applies on all three plans, for every guest changeover.

An example with numbers
A one-bedroom flat with 5 bookings of 3 nights at €100 a night in one month. It isn’t an income forecast: it just shows how the numbers work.

Amounts exclude VAT and are before your own taxes and laundry. If you charge guests a cleaning fee on the platform, it covers part or all of the cleaning cost.
Questions about pricing
How much do you charge to manage a holiday let?
It depends on the plan. Cleaning & linen has no commission: you pay for each turnover clean, from €45 + VAT depending on the size. Management is 15% of bookings and Full service 20%, always + VAT, plus the cleaning at each changeover. There’s no setup fee and no tie-in.
What amount is the commission calculated on?
On the booking amount, after the platform’s own fee (Airbnb, Booking) has been deducted. The monthly summary shows every booking, its amount and the commission on it, so you can check it.
Who pays for the cleaning between guests?
The cleaning invoice goes to the owner, but on Airbnb and Booking you can add a cleaning fee that the guest pays when booking. Many owners use it to cover that cost. On Management or Full service, we help you set it on the listing.
Is there a minimum term?
No. You can cancel whenever you like with 15 days’ notice. There’s no setup fee either.
