Holiday rental management
Managing Your Holiday Let in Spain While You Live Abroad
If you own a holiday let in Jerez, El Puerto, Cádiz, Rota or Puerto Real and live in another country, we look after it as if you were here: listing, bookings, guests, cleaning, keys and repairs. We speak English and Spanish, and every month we send you a summary with photos.
Everything remotely, without having to travel
Many of the hosts we already clean for run their property from another city or another country. This is how we make sure you can relax two thousand kilometres away:
In your language
On WhatsApp or by email, in English or Spanish, with no middlemen.
Photos of every clean
You see how your property looks after every check-out, room by room.
Told straight away
If there’s a breakdown, damage or a problem with a guest, we tell you the same day, with what we suggest doing.
A summary every month
Bookings, amounts, our commission, cleans and incidents, in a single document.
Keys kept safe
We keep a set or use your key box. On Full service, we meet every guest in person.
VAT invoices
We invoice our commission and the cleans with VAT, so your accountant has everything.
What we do and what you do
Us
- The listing, the calendar and bookings
- Guest messages, in their language
- Cleaning and linen between stays
- Arrivals and keys (Full service)
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance (Full service)
- The monthly summary with photos
You
- Decide the house rules, the minimum price and the dates you want for yourself
- Pay the property’s running costs: utilities, community fees, insurance and repairs
- Keep the property registered in the Andalusian Tourism Register and the Spanish short-term rental register (Registro Único de Arrendamientos)
- Declare the income with your gestor or tax adviser
The paperwork that depends on you
In Andalusia, the property must be listed in the Andalusian Tourism Register and, since 1 July 2025, the platforms also ask for the Spanish short-term rental registration number. If you don’t have them yet, we can point you in the right direction, but the paperwork is done by you or your gestor.
If you don’t live in Spain, rental income from a property here also has tax obligations in Spain. What to file and when depends on your situation and your country of residence, so check with a gestor or tax adviser. We don’t give legal or tax advice, but we give you the details of every booking, which is what they’ll ask for.
When you come on holiday
It’s your home. Tell us the dates, we block them in the calendar and, if you like, we get it ready for your arrival, with the beds made and the fridge clean. When you leave, it goes back into the calendar.

Questions from owners who live abroad
Which language do we use?
English or Spanish, whichever you prefer, on WhatsApp or by email. We also handle guest messages in their language when it’s English or Spanish.
Do I need to come to Spain to get started?
Not necessarily. We can collect the keys from someone you trust or use your key box, make the inventory with photos and send it to you. What we do need is for the property to be registered and access to the listing, if you already have one.
How do I know what’s happening at my property?
You get photos after every clean, a message straight away if anything comes up and a summary every month with bookings, amounts, our commission, cleans and incidents.
Who pays for repairs?
Repairs are a property cost, so you pay for them. On Full service we coordinate them: we call the tradesperson, send you the quote and follow it up until it’s fixed. Apart from emergencies, nothing is done without your go-ahead.
